Yo, Mr. McClean,
How you doing? I don't recall if you ever got an e-mail message from me when I was little, but I'd always been a fan of the crazy-but-cool-actin' Mr. McCleans' singing. I heard about your problem with the bottle, and man....want ya to know if ya need a pal to talk to, dawg I'm here. Message me anytime, homez.
I'm a 21-year-old, TOTALLY-STRAIGHT fella from south Arkansas who is a fan of the Backstreet Boys' music. I must say, I haven't heard many of the new songs yet from the "Never Gone" c.d., but "Incomplete" is the only one I know about and have heard and I gotta say, y'all did good with that song.
Mr. McClean, I say again I'm here for ya, dawg and I know what you're going through. I lost my grandpa to suicide like 4 or 5 years ago, only to find out until last year (2005) that my family lied to me when they kept saying it was a "natural-death", so I guess to a certain extent I DO know how you feel, man.
Gotta go, but congratulations on ALL of y'alls success and HUGE congratulations to the fathers' of B.S.B.......and before I end this e-mail, I gotta say....Mr. McClean, I'm PROUD of you and your battle over alcohol. I wish you all success in life.....and last year I had a VCR tape of y'all in a concert with songs like "I Want It That Way" and "Back To Your Heart"....and when y'all did the song "Don't Want You Back" in the blue and black outfits, I laughed my butt off because of when Mr. McClean was about to scream "....BAACK !!!" towards the end of the song. It was a neat videotape until my VCR ate the tape up. I cried when I saw the video-clip of "Back To Your Heart" because it reminds me of a girl I miss so much named Jenny I haven't seen in a year or 2, and I tell ya fellas, I love her to DEATH.

Hey AJ,
I just want you to know that i'm very proud of ya. Your a good man. you are my fave Backstreet Boy, and because of that I get a lot of crap. I don't care what other people think of you, cuz I never asked them to tell me what they thought in the first place. I just tell them " Hey you don't like the fact that I like AJ get over it because it ain't changin' anytime soon." I also one time told them that they should shove off You should of seen their faces it was funny LOL They were all shocked cuz i'm usually the peace maker and I never ever tell anyone to shove off. Okay this what I told them. " Okay yeah You don't need to follow me around everyday putting AJ down or me for liking him! Everyone makes mistakes in life so sue him! The thing that counts is that he is willing to correct that mistake, because it's the right thing to do!" Now I walk around sayin " Yeah remember AJ, yeah thats right he correct his mistake and now look, he's back on the right path! There was a good side and a bad side to his mistake the bad part is well you know, and the good part is BACKSTREETS BACK IN A WHOLE NEW LIGHT! BIGGER AND BETTER THAN EVER! What have you got to say to my face now? HUH nothing!" And my freind Sarah and I say that all the time now. She's actully a-lot like me. The only diffrence is she acts like a ditzty blonde, and the bad part is she not blonde! I'm blonde and I don't act like that! LOL The funnest thing is she even admits it. LOL

HEy aj this is Jennifer from Bigboro texas just wanted to say that i am so proud of you being sober for a good couple of years.My dad used to drink all the time.....so I told him about what happended to you he decieded to go sober.....hes been sober for 4 yrs and it was all because of what u went through.I just wanted to thank you. You made a big diffrence in my life.

i know i'm most likely runnin' late on this but the way i see it "better late then never" lol.
anyway aj if you read this i just want y ou to know that i am very proud of you and i hope things continue to stay the way they are your a good guy and when i found out about everything that was going on the only thing that was runnin' thought my mind is that your a tough guy and if anyone could bounce back from something like that that it would be you.well i'm gonna close now before i start makeing even less sence then what i am now lol.

I am glad that A.J. is doing well and approaching three years of sobriety this month(October)! A.J, I was very sad when I found out about you having depression anxiety. I cried about it. I was praying for you and everything. I was so happy to hear that you remained sober when you made up your mind. I am uncertain about when you made up your mind. He!
I was a little unhappy about the tour being postponed. But I really wanted you to get your health back. Everyone needs that.
