I do agree that "Resurrection" implies that someone first had to die. It really depends all on how you look at it. Our Lord & Savior Jesus Christ was ( and still is) a great man. There were those who were jealous of him and didn't believe in who he was. So, they crucified him. Well, I associate this to bsb because...!1) They are a great group, in my opinion noone is better 2)The media and critics (those who are jealous & don't really believe in the music) have certainly given "boy bands" hell, hoping this "phenomenon" will fade out. People gave them hell for putting out a Greatest hits album, saying they were over, etc, etc. But, though people tried to put them down and count them out...they were wrong, because you can't keep a great band down. That's why I chose "Resurrection"...people thought it was over and there were even rumors, but they are wrong. This album will show why they are never going away. I know there are going to be people who don't agree with this title and that's fine. It's just my opinion. I respect everyones view!! Thanks! BSB rocks!

You know, a lot of people underestimated the title of the last album! Did you know that in Romantic Literature "blue" symbolises INFINITY?
Anyway my suggestion is a phrase that has been associated with them a few years ago when they got started: THE SKY IS THE LIMIT! It suited them then,it suits them now!

w.p: Have you written any songs for your alter ego Johnny No Name?
AJ: Yep I've done about three songs. One called In Dreams, one called Privacy Homicide and one that's yet to be titled but it's kind of a true, hardcore rock like real Megadeth. It's a little bit out there.w.p: Privacy Homicide? That sounds a bit grim …
AJ: It does. I wrote it while I was on the Johnny No Name tour. Your privacy level goes so far down in this business that you kinda don't have a choice. You're in the public eye 24/7 and someone's always going to recognise you. I do love the attention but then there are certain cases where I can't stand it. Like when I'm trying to eat dinner with my family but I don't want people to think I'm an ass because I won't sign an autograph.
w.p: That's life in the public eye ... do you like gossip columns?
AJ: I love gossip columns cos you've just got to sit back and go yeah right whatever ... you know it's all a bunch of BS ... You see these pictures of someone who looks like Michael Jackson and you know damn well it's not him. There was a story about Kevin doing a million dollar movie contract with Tom Cruise but he's still waiting for his cheque. They're cheesy entertainment for someone who doesn't want to read good magazines, people who wanna read the smut and the trash like the Enquirer, the Globe, Star. Those magazines crack me up.
The terror of bomb threats
w.p: Have you had problems with stalkers?
AJ: There's been bomb threats on our shows in Europe. Never really any personal one on one threats to any of besides Brian's incidents when his dogs were stolen. To me that's not really life threatening. You can always get another dog.
w.p: That's cruel!
AJ: I'm sure I'd be upset if it happened to me but that's Brian's dogs. I know Britney has gone through it before with stalkers going to one of her shows. You just have to be careful who you're friends with, what you do and what you say but sometimes these stalkers are jealous boyfriends and some of them are girls. They might be die hard 'N Sync fans that think, 'Oh Backstreet Boys suck! They should be dead!' They send bomb threats before a show saying 'I'm gonna blow the boys up.'
w.p: Any particular incidents?
AJ: It was in East Berlin, They'd called the stage crew from a phone booth and said there's a bomb under the stage that's going to go off in the finale when the guys do Get Down and we did the show up until that point then we left the stage while it was searched. There was a bomb-looking device under the stage but there were no charges.

w.p: Aren't you terrified?
AJ: Yeah. It's gonna happen but hopefully it doesn't get serious one day. Look at George Harrison - his attacker went into his house and stabbed him. You don't feel 100% safe any more but that's why you've got security. But there are sick freaks in the world - besides me!
w.p: How have you protected your house?
AJ: It's a gated community. There's lasers outside my house so if you come within 30 feet of my door the alarm goes on and the police are automatically called.
w.p: Do you have bullet proof glass?
AJ: No, but I don't have a lot of windows in my house. You have to watch your back, try not to go out alone at night for walks. But the area I live in is not a bad place. No one actually knows where I live. It's pretty hard to find me.

w.p: How did you feel that time when a fan said she'd take a bullet for you guys?
AJ: That was crazy. That was probably the best question we've ever been asked in the history of any interview or any press conference and it was cool because it came from one of our fans … 'What would you do if a fan took a bullet for you?' I honestly don't know what I'd do. I would be freaked out.
w.p: But obviously you wouldn't want a fan to suffer like that for you, would you?
AJ: No. You might all love us or think we're cool but don't take a bullet for any of us please. It's sad but our security would get us out of there. We wouldn't be allowed to stay and watch over her, which sucks. If it happened to me while I was on my own out walking round a mall, then I'd stick by her whatever. Our fans mean everything to us.

I think that because they made a song called Happy maybe they should do that. They are all happy with their lives and this is one more thing, so Backstreet Boys: Happy. Or they could take from Nas and put Stillennium like Millennium because Nas' best was Illmatic and he named his new one Stillmatic so there!Happy

Hey,I've had another interesting brain wave, and aplogies to anyone who has already posted this, but I think "To Be Continued...."
I know, it's a little anal, but hey, Backstreet Boys will be around for a long while to come, and the story continues to go on.

Let me think hmmm... What would the backstreet boys new cd be called? Thats a hard question. The ideas I can up with were:-Forever
-Backstreet The Final
-Chapter 2 (only cause they have chapter 1)
-We Remain Strong
-The Future and Beyond
-The Final Quest
-Never End
The question that I mostly think about is what does the Future hold for the Backstreet Boys? Well all I know is that as the boys grow older the sooner there will be an end to the backstreet boys! May I make a suggestion to everyone? Please don't take this the wrong way.
I think suggestions like "Resurrection" and "Phoenix" are catchy and sound good, BUT, 1)the phoenix is a mythological bird that ROSE FROM THE ASHES to be reborn, and 2)in order to be resurrected, you would have to have been DEAD first!To me, these names imply that our boys were dead and gone, and NOTHING IS FARTHER FROM THE TRUTH! Sure, the media and critics have been sounding the death knell for the guys for awhile now, but we all know differently! Our guys are, always have been, and always will be, the BEST!
One other thing, titles that are "borrowed" from other groups names or song titles isn't original, and BSB IS 'the' original, so they should have something for a title that is completely and utterly their own.
Personally, I still like either "Bridges" or "Passages" which to me, show they are still evolving and moving forward.

BSB aren’t breaking up but it sure looks like their fading out. We have to help them in every way possible. I am a person who is telling everybody to help our boys, we are called the backstreet army. Our job is to go to every website & tell the fans to help bsb reclaim their title! We are the best fans and we need to show people that bsb is still alive and breathing. I just want people to show that nsync is nothing compared to bsb. So please go to:
Cosmo.com and vote for Brian and nick for the sexiest male (the winner will be on the cover of Cosmo).
Mtv.com and tell them to play backstreet live the 2 hrs with bsb (this was 2 days before they released millennium).
Mtv.com and tell them to play the second fanatic the boys were in.
Trl (mtv.com) and request “everybody (backsteet’s back)”
Magazines- how long was it till you’ve seen bsb in the magazines, tell people that we want to see more of bsb.
Radio- call your radio station and tell them to play “larger than life” and “everybody (backstreet’s back)” until your mouth bleeds and keep on telling them to play those songs.
TV- tell every tv station to put bsb on their show.
Awards- 3 awards are coming up that bsb are nominated in. Please go and vote for brian, nick, aj, Kevin and howie. They deserve it, so please help them!
We are the backstreet army and we need to help them get to the top again. I’m asking you because the bsb fans listen to each other and we help bsb and us. So go and do these and more… I appreciate the help and I thank you for spreading the word to everybody!
