and one last thing, if ever there should be an awrad for the "Toughest/Strongest" or "Super" Music Boy-Group, it should be given to BSB for they have been through a lot of struggles, they were deprived of a record deal at first, management changes, almost bankrupted, aj's rehab, nick's arrest, brian's surgery, endless rumours and down moments... but look where they are now. it's just normal for group members to be doing their thang! i wish people would be mature enough to think about things...

People look at bsb and see "...a bunch of over priced old guys trying to relive their youth." The truth is that they have gone through alot just like alot of other people in this industry. Arttist get taken advantage of and forced into things by managment and labels that they don't want to do. Alright if a band is starting out and needs some directing but a band that has been out for 9 years. They have seen it all. And being asked to postpone a possible life changing/saving surfury for a tour? I'm sorry but would you rather have all boys healthy and performing to the best of their ability, then to pospone a tour or continue without. I am glad this article came out. It shows people that these bands are not all fabricated bling-bling flashing people...but rather people just like you and I who may love the line of work they are in but dread going to work beacuse their bosses make it dreadful. Good luck bsb. Hugs and Cookies

ok, i already put in an entry but i saw something very interesting this morning. i had just woken up and went to go get the sunday paper. well, the entertainment section was lying out on the couch. the front page had this very article on it. for thos of you in the cleveland area who get the plain dealer it ws in the august 25th paper. i couldnt believe it. i started to get mad and no1 in my house really knew why. all i said was this article is half lies. but i'm gonna keep the article cause it has a cute picture of them on it..lol. if any of you other guys have had this article in your papers email me and let me know. my email is ShadyBlossom16@aol.com. u can either email me or IM me. i'm online a lot. i jutst think it's crazy for this article to get printed. i mean i know every1 is entitled to their say but if ur gonna write something, atleast get every fact correct. it's a crazy world when ppl can write stuff that aint possibly true. oh well. i'll catch all u backstreet fans on the flip side. peace out!

Well, after reading it, I think what's happened to all of the guys(one thing or another)is what happens to us all...Life. So what if Brian and Kevin got married....People do that kinda thing. A.J. checked into rehab...Stuff like that happens everyday too. Nick trying to expand his horizons by going solo...Could be a good thing, but even he wouldn't know until he's tried. And the recording industry is like the retail industry that I work in...Always has it's good stores and good things. After a while, they loose some character, but as they re-invent themselves, some good does come out of it. You've just gotta hang in there and see what happens after all the dust settles.

I just wanna point out to all the BSB and Nick haters and untrue fans. That no matter what you ppl say the 'true' fans will deny all of it. If you say you were a 'true' fan and lost interest don't bother posting your opinions on this site!

I have been a bsb fan since '97. I thought I knew it all, but after reading that article, I realized that they went through so much more. All those rumors are a bunch of bullshit. Ever since bsb came on to the scene, people wanted them gone. Unfortunately, they are here to stay. I'm not saying they are going to be here forever, but i think it is going to be a while before they depart from the music business. The issue with nsync. People need to lay off of them. they are similiar to bsb in that they are guys who want to share there gift of music with the world. Their only problem was who helped get them started. other than that, there should be no reason to hate them. Anbd Nick going solo. That's fine with me. Everyone should do their owen thing outside of bsb. Brian, A.J., Kevin, and Howie, don't limit yourselves. There is so much for you to do. Everyone has their charity. Why not have more? There's nothing wrong with that. And whoever wrote the article, ignore them. Their just doing their job. Like bsb, people might not like what they do or say, but they are going to do it despite what you say because it is their passion. BSB, I respect everything you have done, are doing and are going to do. My love for you guys wil never die.

The article didn't seem all that biased about bsb and nsync. but whoever said that you give them more respect after reading that article, i totally agree with you. They go through so much shit for us, and they deserve all the respect in the world. i say, they need to spend more money on letting themselfs decide on what they want in life, and making some better choices on who they want to control their lives. Those jive people act like they are god, you know?? these are grown men, and they can wipe their asses by themselfs. They dont need people to make up their lifes. I hate management. lol, can you tell?

We all know that critics of the Backstreet Boys and N Sync have been predicting the demise of "boybands" (five-part vocal harmony groups) for a very long time. Nick's solo project is only the latest reason why they think the BSB are splitting up. We have all heard Nick say that Now or Never isn't going to interrupt the next Backstreet Boys album. I am listening to "Help Me" right now and I think that it's awesome. I can't wait to get the CD. (Rock on Nick!)The only thing this article did was make me respect the boys even more. They've had to go through so much to put their music out there for us fans. I think that if I ever got to meet them, I'd thank them for not giving up. I would have been a lot easier. If anyone out there is doubting how much longer the Backstreet Boys are going to be together, have a little faith.

I know I must have said this a million times but the rumors will NEVER end! You as true fans just have to know the truth from the false! For all the guys have done for you I hope you can do that from them. Look at Areosmith they are still going strong, maybe not as strong from when they were younger, but still very strong for their age. And you wanna know why they are still doing that? Because of their fans! Stick by Brian, Kevin, Nick, Howie, and AJ, keep the faith, and I promise everything will be alright! KTBSPA!

i must say that, even though i still stand beside them, the artikle is true. It's time for a new bsb eara, a adjusted sound to this time, a maybe more daring. Don't get me wrong, i like the music they made so far. but this buisness is about keeping up to date, and i believe that they have been sticking whit the same sound long enough. it doesn't mean i'm any less fan than before, it just means that i would like to see them succesfull for al long long time :) cheryl

how can we say that we are "true" backstreet fans? I began reading a few posts and it made me sick. I have been a fan for over 7 years now, and I don't plan to let one little article make me stop being one. i think this reporter has nothing else better to do than try to ruin the backstreet boys. i have to say one thing about nick - if he really and truly loved the guys like he says he does he wouldn't have stayed with the firm - he knew that would have bothered them.. but i guess that's the way it goes. ktbspa!
